How does a 2 Go Trailer get its power? What is required?
2 Go Trailers are electric. They are fully equipped so you can simply plug them into a standard household electrical service outlet. The power cord comes with your cooler trailer rental, so it just needs to be plugged in. Your 2 Go Rentals set up tech will see to this during the delivery. Use an outdoor GFCI outlet if you are plugging it in outside. It is unusual to find commercial or household outlets that wouldn’t meet the requirements. So, pretty much, any regular plug will do.

What if my event is far from a source of electricity? Can I use a generator?
Yes. No problem! In fact, if you need a generator, 2 Go Trailer Rentals has them available for rent. The generators conveniently mount to the trailer tongue. When booking online select a generator as well or just mention the situation when you Contact Us to make your reservation and we’ll send the generator along.

What should I do to get ready for the delivery of my Rental?
You’ll want to decide where to put the trailer. Find a relatively flat area that’s close to the power (unless you are using a generator) that will be convenient for you to access your products. Watch for where the door opens, and check for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic patterns. When the tech arrives to set up your cooler unit, show them where you would like it placed. They will recommend any minor adjustments if required. After the set up is complete, you can start loading your product directly into the trailer. The delivery tech will give you the keys and answer any remaining questions. So, basically, your job is just to point.

How far from the electrical outlet can I put the cooler/freezer trailer?
The trailer comes with a 15-meter (50 foot) or 30-meter (100 foot) power cord that plugs directly into any regular electrical outlet. Watch for obstacles and tripping hazards.

What if there’s some sort of problem with the trailer on site?
Every 2 Go Trailer Rental is meticulously maintained and cleaned regularly. A Certified Refrigeration Technician checks the equipment frequently. It is extremely rare to have any issue on site. If you do find you have a problem, call us at (877) 246-2828 and select option 2. We will either give you quick and easy instructions or dispatch a tech to get you back up and running.

Do you take credit cards?
Yes a credit card or credit/debit card is required to reserve a booking. You can pay by cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa® or your MasterCard®.

How do I make a reservation for a 2 Go Trailer Rental?
You can make a reservation one of 2 ways:
• By telephone by calling 1-855-522-4455
• Through our website Booking Page
A credit card number is required to authorize your deposit and confirm your reservation.

Can I cancel my reservation if necessary?
Yes, you can always cancel your reservation. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the customer must pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to delivery or on the scheduled delivery date you will be charged equal to 100% of the total rental or as we shall deem reasonable.

I have my own truck. Can I pick up the trailer myself?
No, sorry. 2 Go Trailers Rentals Cooler and Freezers are only delivered or picked up by 2 Go Trailer delivery technician.

I’d like to move the trailer to a second location part way through my rental. Can I use my own truck?
No. Only our staff can move the trailers. If you need to have the mobile cooler unit moved during your rental period, let us know when you make your reservation. We’ll make the arrangements. It’s all cool.

Are there any security features on the 2 Go Rentals mobile cooler unit?
Yes. There are 3 kinds of security features. The first is the hitch lock attached to the trailer tongue and second is an wheel immobilizer. The 2 Go Rentals delivery tech will set these up to prevent the entire trailer from being stolen or moved.
Plus, you will receive a key to the padlock on the door that prevents unauthorized access to your contents.

Does the 2 Go Rental Trailer unit freeze and cool?
You bet! Some refrigerated trailers are just coolers, while others are both a freezer or cooler. Turn the temperature down to -18C (0F) if you need. But, you can’t both cool and freeze in the same unit at the same time. The trailers can not be divided. If you need both a refrigerator and a freezer at one time you will need 2 separate units.

What sizes are available?
There are 2 sizes of rental units available: 7’x14’x7′ Walk-In Cooler and 7’x8’x7′ Walk-In Cooler/Freezer
